We photograph and log your device's condition when it arrives and again before it ships back. Turnaround starts when your package arrives.
Modded devices are custom work, so they can't be returned. If your device is damaged in transit, we fully cover replacement. Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video of the box and the device.

It can. Opening a device or changing parts may void the manufacturer's warranty, so consider that before sending it in.
We fully cover replacement of any device damaged while it's being shipped. Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video of the box and the device, and we'll take care of it.
No. Every device is modified to your order, so we don't accept returns or offer refunds once work starts. This doesn't affect damage in transit, which is covered as described above.
